Quality production begins in the Reed-Lane packaging facility. Located in Wayne, NJ, this 132,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility features over 30 dedicated packaging suites, each with individual climate systems and modular construction. These packaging suites, capable of packaging at less than 50% relative humidity, include an array of equipment:
- High speed tablet bottling lines
- Liquid filling bottling lines
- Form-fill-seal blister lines
- Pouch packaging lines
- Cartoners (for integrated or independent use)
- Liquid fill pouch/sachet lines

Reed-Lane also features options for sensitive product storage. Backed by strict environmental monitoring, the production facility handles climate controlled bulk and finished goods storage in firm compliance with FDA and DEA regulations. Our DEA storage area is even capable of handling tightly controlled CIII substances, including narcotic, analgesic, and cough suppressant medications.
