Bottles

Reed-Lane features some of the smartest bottling options to meet short or long production run needs. With several integrated high-speed vial and bottling lines, turnaround time on package orders is faster than ever. Our tablet and capsule bottling services include automatic in-line and off-line cartoning as well as carton printing. And Reed-Lane has several high-speed tablet bottling lines utilizing slat or electronic filling systems for solid dose products that can be in tablets, capsules, caplets, soft gels, liquid gels or gel cap forms. These new bottling lines offer either cotton or desiccant inserts. Aluminum foil and pressure sensitive seals are frequently used as well as induction seals. And liner verification sensors are available to assure placement. Choose from a variety of bottle sizes with child-proof, twist off, and other closure designs available. Labeling, inserts and outserts, cartons and trays are all part of these bottling line configurations. Have your full product run bottled, hermetically sealed, and labeled on site and in complete compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.

Whether you’re packaging capsules, creams or granular materials, our pouching lines can handle your product run. Reed-Lane boasts cutting edge packaging technology, including two dedicated liquid fill pouch and sachet lines.

Pouch packaging is not only cost-effective, it’s also safe. Our diligent quality inspection staff checks for pinhole leaks, material stability, and strict compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations. And pouching is a wonderful option for short-run and sample packaging. Pouches may be notched for easy open design and/or glue tipped to individual cartons and dispensers. Vials

Reed-Lane provides some the highest quality pharmaceutical vial products on the market today. Vials conveniently come in an assortment of sizes with custom fit stoppers and sealing options. Materials can be tailored to you product specifications, and or integrated high speed vial pack bottling line can expedite your packaging turnaround.

Reed-Lane can even design vials for controlled CIII substances, including narcotic, analgesic, and cough suppressant medications.
